DIY: Confetti Filled Balloons

Clear Balloons with Confetti

The new trend on birthday party decoration is using balloons filled with confetti. However, if you don’t use the right materials you won’t have a good result since the confetti will stay all down on the balloon and won’t appear. In this article we will show you how to make it in the correct way. The confetti is not glued, they move inside the balloons! Kids love it! And when they pop the balloon, beyond the noise, there’s a rain of confettieverywhere!

Start preparing the confetti using the silk paper and the paper punch. To give a nice effect it is really important to use the silk paper! If you use thicker paper confetti, they will probably be very heavy and will not stick to the walls of the balloon!

Now attach the funnel to the balloon and pour some confetti inside it. Remove the funnel, blow up the balloon and tie it to the stick.

Rub your hands around the balloon like in the picture.  The confetti sticks in the balloon because of static electricity! And more you rub your hands, more they move.
